Glendale Community College - Sierra Vista Building

New Construction Project: (6) AHUs, CHW Pump Station, (2) Raypak Boilers, (4) Commercial Kitchen Hood Assemblies and General Exhaust, (9) VAVs and 100+ FDBUs. Project was converted from VVT to VAV logic midway through installation. The building is unique in that it employs AHU's serving Underfloor and Overhead Distribution systems utilizing a mixture of field modified VAV components and fan powered distribution units.
